LE & NC Myers Fund
Established by Kaye and Bob Dalgarno to open doors to further education for young people who have experienced foster, kinship or other government care.
The LE & NC Myers Educational Scholarship Sub Fund was created in 2017 by founding donors Kaye and Bob Dalgarno, driven by a deep commitment to supporting young people who have experienced foster, kinship or other government care.
Inspired by Kaye’s work with the Pine Tree Quilters, which has donated hundreds of quilts to ac.care’s foster care service, this scholarship helps youth with a care experience pursue vocational or tertiary education and achieve their goals.
The scholarship provides financial assistance to help eligible students build brighter futures through learning and opportunity.
Applications are open though our annual scholarship round to young people who meet the eligibility criteria.
Stand Like Stone is proud to steward this fund as part of our commitment to equity, resilience and community-led impact.
