Provides scholarships assisting students with a connection to the greater Penola/Coonawarra region, with a preference for viticulture.
This fund was established upon the winding up of the Vititec Association in 2007. It aims to increase grape growing and viticultural knowledge by providing educational scholarships assisting students with a connection to the greater Penola/Coonawarra region.

20 years of impact celebrated at Stand Like Stone community event
Stand Like Stone Foundation celebrated 20 years of community impact at a special event at Mount Gambier City Hall.
More than 80 supporters, beneficiaries and community members joined the launch of the 2024/25 Annual Report, 2026 Back to School appeal and the foundation’s new website.
Celebrating Youth Generosity Across the Limestone Coast
Stand Like Stone Foundation’s Philanthropic School Award Program launched in 2023 has become a cherished tradition across the Limestone Coast, recognising young people who embody kindness, courage and a spirit of generosity within their school communities.

Limestone Coast students provided with a funding boost for study in 2025
Stand Like Stone announces its annual educational scholarships. With the region’s students now back to school and university, Stand Like Stone are delighted to announce that 42 scholarships totalling $87,800 have been offered to students right across the Limestone Coast.

Community giving assists 15 community projects across the Limestone Coast
Just before Christmas last year the Stand Like Stone Foundation awarded $74,374 in grants for 15 community projects that will help support the region. Projects were varied and ranged from supporting school students from the Penola area to undertake accredited driving lessons, providing relief for families in need over Christmas.
